Recently, we worked on a project with 7 Seventy House, a luxury apartment building in Hoboken, NJ. Our goal was to showcase their units and amenities with our high-quality professional photography and interactive 360 virtual tours.

As we have previously discussed, a 360 virtual tour should capture each corner of a room and all of its details, so as always, we made sure to set up the angles and lighting of each space accordingly. This was especially important as the units in the building were carefully decorated, and every corner was important for the aesthetic of the apartment. We have included the 360 virtual tour below so you can explore it yourself!

Additionally, our company provided professional interior and exterior photography services for 7 Seventy House. Besides the luxurious rooms, this building featured beautiful amenities and wonderful views, so we made sure to capture that with our photography as well!

As you can see, having 360 virtual tour besides still photography is a great way for a real estate business to attract new customers from anywhere in the world, and it’s an efficient way for potential clients to view a listing without having to travel.
